How to flush a nephrostomy tube

- Someone who has been taught to perform this procedure
- 0.9% sodium chloride
- 10ml luer lock or luer tip syringe
- sterile gauze
- Alcohol-based hand rub
- Blunt disposable clamps
- Alcohol (chlorhexidine) wipe
- Sterile nephrostomy drainage bag
